Pierre Curry
Pierre Curry is the founder of Prez Industries, a multifamily housing maintenance company based in Northport, Alabama. Raised by his grandmother and shaped by military service, Pierre holds 10+ certifications across construction trades, including HVAC, welding, electrical, and carpentry. After working as a superintendent managing multi-million-dollar projects, he launched Prez Industries in 2020, recently completing a housing authority contract generating over $1 million in revenue. A father and mentor to eight nephews, Pierre is passionate about teaching the next generation without gatekeeping knowledge. He also runs Dakota Realty Advisors and H3O Productions, blending construction expertise with community impact.
