Bryan was born in Falls Church, Virginia, and grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His military service instilled discipline, resilience, and leadership, while his family shaped his character and compassion, grounding him in the values of hard work, integrity, and care for others. Together, these influences continue to guide him in business and life. After leaving the service, Bryan carried those lessons into the construction industry, where he has steadily grown his company 15–20% annually.

Charles Palasick, founder of Veterans Decks, grew up in a hardworking family in Anchorage, AK, and Mars, PA, where independence, faith, and perseverance shaped his character. Leaving home at 18, he served in the Army and put himself through college, learning discipline, resilience, and leadership along the way. Passionate about craftsmanship and helping others, Charles turned his skills into a thriving business in deck construction while instilling the same values of hard work, kindness, and integrity in his family.
