Amanda Heller was born in San Clemente, California, and grew up as a military brat, moving frequently and learning to adapt to new environments. Influenced by her father’s Marine service and her mother’s strength and resilience, she developed strong values of discipline, integrity, and service. After graduating high school in Colorado, she pursued higher education, completed a commissioning program, and served on active duty in the Air Force, where learning Arabic and serving in the Middle East shaped her leadership and worldview.
Her military experiences and personal journey through isolation during her transition to civilian life inspired the creation of Lone Loba. Through traveling across states with her dog while searching for purpose and belonging, she found her mission of helping others rediscover their identity and personal authority. Today, Amanda empowers others to overcome disconnection, rebuild confidence, and live purposeful, empowered lives through her transformative work and personal story of resilience.
